My stay was troubled by numerous issues. First, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with ants invading despite our efforts to keep food away. Additionally, I faced a long disruption due to a power outage. the lights were out for several hours, and no one from the hotel offered an apology or compensation for the inconvenience I experienced. I was left feeling neglected as I waited in an uncomfortable and dark room.

i was totally going to give this place a good review because the location was nice, but i just couldn’t ignore the uncomfortable beds that were basically springs in disguise. and let’s not even get started on the ridiculous sink placement that woudl ve been great in a toddler's playroom, but not for adults. ,

The room was spacious with a fridge and microwave. I loved being able to choose my floor. Felt super secure with security patrolling at night.

Our family loved the spacious Double Room and the comforting beds which made our nights restful. The staff's support with late checkout showcased their commitment to our comfort.

However, the positioning of the bathroom sink was quite inconvenient, especially for my child, making simple tasks rather difficult. It felt like a remodel is necessary for better accessibility.

this valentine's day stay was a delightful surprise compared to my previous visit in stafford. the staff made every effort to ensure our comfort, and i particularly loved the cozy ambiance of the king room with sofa bed. it truly exceeded my expectations with the welcoming service and clean environment.

During our two-night stay, we enjoyed the spacious King Room with Sofa Bed, which provided access to a nice patio. The laundry facilities were a plus, with affordable rates and complimentary supplies. However, we faced an issue with the uncomfortable bed, which felt more like a box spring. Overall, the hospitality was excellent especially thanks to Linda at the front desk who was very welcoming.
